My name is Dina. I’m the creator of the Whispering Wilds method—a unique approach to mind, body, and spirit care that blends nature, neuroscience, trusted wellness practices, and eco-consciousness.
Nature is your medicine, your mirror, and your magic.
This method has been my guide through 30 years of healing from complex trauma, finding resilience and well-being in the embrace of the natural world.
I hold a BA in psychology and certifications as a holistic health practitioner and instructor in meditation, breathwork, and neuroscience. For over 25 years, I’ve also worked in integrated marketing communications, specializing in ethical, trauma-informed marketing. I’m a classically trained singer who’s strayed from opera to a powerful voice rooted in ancient traditions. I’m a botanical photographer and artist, passionate about creating in harmony with our wild world. Most importantly, I'm a mom, raising my son to be kind in a world that often feels unkind.
But these are the things I’ve done. I want to tell you, with complete honesty, what I haven't done.
