My name is Dina, and I’m the creator of the Whispering Wilds method - a unique approach to mind, body, and spirit care that blends nature, neuroscience, proven wellness practices, and eco-consciousness.

This method has been my guide through 30 years of healing from complex trauma, finding resilience and well-being in the embrace of the natural world.

I hold a BA in psychology and certifications as a holistic health practitioner and instructor in meditation, breathwork and neuroscience. For over 25 years, I’ve also worked in integrated marketing communications, specializing in ethical, trauma-informed marketing. I’m a botanical photographer and artist, passionate about creating in harmony with our wild world. Most importantly, I'm a mom, raising my son to be kind in a world that often feels unkind.

But these are the things I’ve done. I want to tell you, with complete honesty, what I haven't done.

I haven't finished my mission to help people and our planet heal, grow, and thrive. That’s why I created this newsletter.

Through The Whispering Wilds newsletter, podcast and community hosted on Substack, I want to share the lessons I’ve learned and continue to learn. Here, you’ll find stories, insights and practices to help you cultivate your own personal grove of wellness practices - rooted in nature, designed to grow with you. Together, we’ll explore:
